Klinik Kesihatan Kuala Lumpur (KKKL) began operations on April 3, 2017, and is the largest health clinic in Malaysia. KKKL can accommodate up to 3,500 patients daily and offers a full range of primary care services for the surrounding area. Situated on a 4.5-hectare plot of land, KKKL is equipped with various public facilities for the comfort of its clients. Designed as a garden clinic, KKKL is an eco-friendly government building that recycles rainwater for daily use.

Klinik Kesihatan Tanglin was established before Malaysia's independence in the 1890s. Originally known as Hospital Tanglin, it is one of the earliest hospitals in Malaya. Now, after 130 years, it has been converted into a health clinic. This clinic operates as a paperless facility and fully utilizes the Teleprimary Care system. It is located near Taman Tasik Perdana, now known as the Kuala Lumpur Botanical Garden, and the Bukit Aman Headquarters. The clinic is administered by the Lembah Pantai Health Office (PKLP). It serves approximately 500-600 patients daily, providing outpatient treatment, health promotion, prevention services, and ongoing disease control for residents in the surrounding area.

Klinik Kesihatan Putrajaya P9 began operations on November 1, 1999, and is classified as a type 2 health clinic. It can accommodate up to 1,000 patients per day and offers a full range of primary care services for the surrounding area.

Klinik Kesihatan Cheras Baru began operations in the mid-1977. The building is situated on a 1.5-hectare fenced hillside at Jalan 16, off Jalan Kuari, Kg Cheras Baru. This health clinic was previously known as Aneka Klinik Cheras Baru and was under the supervision of the Outpatient Department of Hospital Kuala Lumpur. In 2002, the JKWPKL&P was established, and all clinics were transferred under its administration.

Klinik Kesihatan Cheras began operations after relocating to a new building in July 2012 and is classified as a type 2 health clinic. It can accommodate up to 1,000 patients per day and offers a full range of primary care services for the surrounding area. Situated on an 11-acre plot of land, KK Cheras is equipped with various public facilities for the comfort of its clients.

Klinik Kesihatan dan Pergigian Petaling Bahagia (KKPB) officially commenced operations on June 4, 1977. It is a government health clinic located in the urban area of Batu 6, Jalan Puchong, Kuala Lumpur. The clinic is administered by the Lembah Pantai Health Office (PKLP). It serves approximately 400-500 patients daily and provides outpatient treatment, health promotion, prevention services, and ongoing disease control for residents in the surrounding area.

Klinik Kesihatan Batu Muda, located in Kampung Batu Muda, 51100 Kuala Lumpur, is classified as a Type 2 health clinic. Initially, it operated from a rented building on Jalan Ipoh before relocating to its current facility, which has been in use since November 2020. The clinic is managed by the Kepong Health Office and was originally opened in 1970 as Poliklinik Batu under the Outpatient Department of Hospital Kuala Lumpur. In January 2002, it was absorbed into JKWPKL & PJ along with 12 other clinics during the establishment of JKNWP.

Klinik Kesihatan Sentul opened in 1979 on Jalan Perhentian Off, Jalan Haji Salleh Sentul. After KKIA Sentul began operations at the Mini UTC Sentul in February 2010, Klinik Kesihatan Sentul moved and merged with KKIA Sentul in November 2010, becoming the new Klinik Kesihatan Sentul. This clinic is located on the second floor of the Bandar Baru Sentul Business and Community Complex, Jalan 3/48 A, now known as the Mini Urban Transformation Centre (UTC). The complex is situated in a residential area within the Batu parliamentary constituency. The clinic spans 1,373 square meters (14,775 square feet) and features 14 rooms, including a meeting room.

Klinik Kesihatan Setapak is a government health facility operating under the Titiwangsa District Health Office.

Klinik Kesihatan Bandar Tun Razak was opened in May 1983, originally known as Poliklinik Kerajaan Bandar Tun Razak under the administration of the Outpatient Department (JPL) of Hospital Kuala Lumpur (HKL). In January 2002, it was absorbed into JKWPKL&P along with 12 other clinics during the establishment of JKWPKL&P, and all positions at the clinic were also transferred to JKWPKL&P.

Klinik Kesihatan Sungai Besi has been in operation since 1939, initially located in Pekan Sungai Besi. It relocated to a new facility at Medan Niaga Tasik Utama (a rented building) on January 7, 2013, and began operations there on January 14, 2013, offering only outpatient services. On January 2, 2014, the KKIA unit began operations in the same building on the first floor.
