Orders within Malaysia
We charge the following shipping fees per order:

Delivery times
Estimated delivery within Malaysia is up to 7 business days, including order processing and courier transit. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, courier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.
We use courier services arranged through EasyParcel. Delivery and collection arrangements depend on the selected courier.
Discreet packaging
Orders are sent in plain packaging without an external description identifying the test kit. Couriers may require a signature or contact you to arrange delivery.
Please provide an accurate delivery address and contact number.
International orders
International shipping charges depend on the destination and delivery service. Please contact us to confirm availability, shipping costs, and estimated delivery times before ordering.

ReturnsAll sales come from Nexus Laboratories have 30-days warranty unless advertised differently. If the item(s) you have ordered is defective, contact us within the warranty period and we will replace the defective item(s) for you with an item of equal functionality. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, a refund will be issued in the form of the original payment method.
Specific terms are:
- For replacement, merchandise must be returned within 30 days and in the original packaging.
- Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items before issuing refunds, or exchanges.
- Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via traceable means.
- A refund may be issued if replacement is not available.
- All defective products will be replaced within the appropriate warranty period.
